1. Practices/Scrimmages: Teams will have practice 1-2 times a week. Every player and every team will have a practice session on Sunday morning on HoCo turf fields. Other practices days will vary. Practice sessions are generally 120 minutes broken up as 20 minutes of stickwork 40 minutes of technical, positional skill work followed by 20-30 minutes of power/sniper shooting,  30-40 minutes of half or full field drills to introduce team concepts in preparing for upcoming tournaments.
All scrimmages will be conducted as if they were actual games and overseen by trained officials - supporting the safe physical & emotional development philosophies associated with keeping our young athletes involved in multiple sports healthy.
2. Tournaments: All players and all teams will play in 2-4 team tournaments (or play days) in October and November. High school teams (2020, 2021, 2022) will attend the best college recruiting tournaments on weekends providing maximum exposure to college coaches watching them play. Youth teams (2023-2028) will compete against the best teams (mostly on Sundays in October and November) in USL sanctioned tournaments, providing a platform for earning their way to compete for national titles and recognition. Each team will have a varied schedule which we will ultimately post on the Tournament Schedule Page
