Tryout Registration Fee - $50.00 due upon registration which goes to HCLP to cover administrative, field, & equipment costs necessary to hold tryouts. (The Tryout Registration Fee is Non-Refundable)
Acceptance / Commitment Fee - is a portion of the team fees due for the season and locks in your membership on the team roster. This fee is $100.00 and is the same for all players. The Commitment Fee is due within 5 days of notification & acceptance of offer to join a team. If the commitment fee is not provided within this time without prior communication (to your coach or club director), your position on the HOCO team may be forfeited. (The Acceptance / Commitment Fee is non-refundable)
Club Membership - is paid annually and is the same for all players. This fee is $450.00. Full payment of the Club Membership must be made by November 1st, 2018. Failure to submit your membership dues within the period set without prior written communication (to your coach or club director) can result in your removal from the roster. Membership Dues are NON-refundable after November 8th, 2018.

Strength & Speed Training Dues (SST) - are separate from the annual club membership & vary according to program level set for each team participating. These fees are due December 1st, 2018. SST Fees are NON-refundable after December 8th, 2018.
Team Tournament/Event Fees - are separate from the annual club membership fee, vary per team in accord with the team’s activities and events attended throughout the club tournament season, and are due before the season in which they occur. All tourneys average between 150.00-200.00 per tourney for class of 2020-2027. Fall tournament/event fees are due October 1st, 2018. Fall tournament/event fees are NON-refundable after October 8th,2018. Spring tournament/event fees are due February 1st, 2019. Spring tournament/event fees are NON-refundable after February 8th, 2019. Summer tournament/event fees are due March 1st, 2019. Summer tournament/event fees are NON-refundable after March 8th, 2019.
Failure to pay and/or missing a payment without prior written communication (to your coach or club director) will result in your removal from the roster. If a period passes without payment and without prior written communication/notification and a player is removed from roster for any reason; the player shall be liable for 100% of total team fees.

ALL Fees are the player's families' responsibility to pay on time.
We are Sorry, but there are no refunds for any reason after March 8th, 2019.
If a Tournament is CANCELLED and a REFUND is made back to the club, Players will be entered in an alternative tournament. Keep in mind, most tournaments DO NOT REFUND.

Fall Tournaments: 2 or 3 single day tournaments depending on age group. High School teams will play in 3 or 4 recruiting showcases during the fall.
4 or 5 tournaments depending on age group. High School teams will play in at least 3 recruiting showcases plus one other event during the summer (minimum).
Fall, Spring, Summer - Primarily turf and some grass field time in Howard County.
Indoor turf facilities around Howard/Baltimore Counties.
Occurring on mostly on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays running from December to February.
Teams with current or former collegiate players on staff as coaches.

Participation in indoor lacrosse leagues are NOT part of our club fees or schedule as it does not require 100% team participation due to smaller indoor roster requirements, can limit availability of players to their alternate sport, and may create conflict among HS players who may be asked to participate with their respective HS teams.
If teams teams have enough players and decide to participate, the indoor league registration fees would only be applied to the fees of those players competing.
Families with two (2) or more players participating in the HOCO Girls Lacrosse Club will receive 10% off their respective club fees for each player. Families with three (3) or more players participating in the HOCO Girls Lacrosse Club will receive 20% off their respective club fees for each player.
HOCO Club Lacrosse is a part of the Howard County Lacrosse Program (HCLP). HCLP is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit entity that works in partnership with Howard County Recreation and Parks (HCRP). Our unique relationship with HCRP provides access to the best facilities in the region and support from the HCRP staff. HOCO is non-profit organization without salaries to a club program owner or group. HOCO strives to provide a high quality club experience at an extremely reasonable price.
